Finally I’m feeling more motivated than ever! I’m ready to do this and lose these last 23 pounds. I’ve been doing weight watchers and I’ve lost 10 pounds on that, but I’m losing motivation. Starting tomorrow I’m doing 21 day fix. Hopefully the first 21 days to a healthier me and a healthier life for my family.
Starting weight is 165ish. I keep going between 165 and 168 depending on the day. I’m hoping to lose at least 6 pounds in the next 21 days. Lots of pictures of my food coming soon!
